The garden of the Center produces not only for community needs but also seasonal products for local farmers' markets.
For our climatic zones where our Centre is based, greenhouses are needed in the most rigid annual periods ... in winter the production is protected and the production is limited to the typical territorial fruits.
And moreover cereals: most important of all for our backery ; in order not to impoverish our land we carry out the AGRICULTURAL ROTATION and therefore in addition to WHEAT and SPELT we alternatively plant CHICKPEA, CORN, BARLEY, etc.
